Mark and Dorothy Danzker Scholarship
The Jewish Foundation of Manitoba is pleased to name Jordan Sloshower as the recipient of its prestigious $10,000 Mark and Dorothy Danzker Scholarship. Mona Gray Creative Arts Scholarship
Catherine Daniel has been awarded the $5,000 Mona Gray Creative Arts Scholarship at the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba. Catherine will be attending the Atelier lyrique de l'Opera de Montreal for an intensive three-year apprenticeship that will prepare her for a career in opera. Read more...

Justice Rosalie Abella to Speak at Luncheon
Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella will speak at the Foundation's Annual Luncheon on October 29, 2008 at The Fairmont Winnipeg. Justice Abella has set a number of firsts in her distinguished career including being the youngest judge in Canadian history and the first Jewish woman to be appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada.
