2013 Winter Schedule Now Online!

RRC Continuing Education's new Winter 2013 Course Schedule is now available online.

The new schedule contains up-to-date course information -- including dates, times, course codes, fees, and locations -- for all Continuing Education 2013 Winter Term courses. Among the new offerings are courses in Investment, International Marketing, and Wine and Spirits Education.

Welcome Party for Immigrant and International Students

RRC staff, students, and family members are invited to attend the College's annual Welcome Party for Immigrant and International Students.

This year's celebration takes place Friday, Nov. 23, from 6pm to 9pm in the Voyageur Dining Room at the Notre Dame Campus. As always, the Welcome Event is hosted by RRC's Diversity and Immigrant Student Support Department, with support from International Education and the RRC Students' Association.

The College-wide event will feature live music and entertainment, as well as dancing, fun activities for kids, and foods from around the world.

Starting Soon: Water and Wastewater School

Gain the knowledge and skills required to enter the field of water and wastewater operations, via RRC's 2013 Water and Wastewater School.

Learn the importance of water and wastewater chemistry as it applies to the operation and maintenance of facilities and systems.

If you're already working as a water treatment facility operator, take this program to update your abilities and use courses as Continuing Education units.

Water and Wastewater School runs Feb. 25, 2013 to March 1, 2013, at RRC's Notre Dame Campus. The program is available by classroom delivery only.

Bob Tallman to be Honoured at RRC's 2012 Alumni Dinner

If you haven't already, be sure to get your tickets for RRC's signature event, the 2012 Alumni Dinner!

This year's gala takes place Friday, Nov. 16, at the Fairmont Winnipeg (One Lombard Place). Tickets are $175 each, or $1,400 for a table of eight. Proceeds from the 2012 dinner will raise funds for students enrolled in RRC's School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts.

The reception will be hosted by RRC alum Wayne Morsky, who was honoured last year with the 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award. The 2012 Distinguished Alumni Award will be presented to Bob Tallman, longtime owner and CEO of Princess Auto Ltd.
