We had our Provider Appreciation Tea on May 12, 2010. Thank you to the providers who attended. At the tea we had a special presentation to Wanda Ducholke who has been a provider with our agency for 20 years! Wanda was given a plaque as well as an honorarium and was very pleased to be recognized. Sandra Orchard has been with the agency for 25 years, as a family day home providers and consultant. Sandra was also awarded for her years with the agency.

Portable Emergency Files

Dear Providers: Please be sure to fill out your portable emergency child files and have one in your backpack to be taken out on all outings including the back yard. We handed these forms out at the tea and will hand them out again in June. Please be sure to fill them out completely to include the child's birth date, phone numbers, allergies, ect.

Professional Development

Most of our providers have some training in the field of childcare, and others are working towards this. We would like to recognize and providers that have completed their level 1 through the Family Child Care Training within the last year.

If you are planning on pursing your level 1, 2, or 3 there are options you can take.

Level 1: is available online or through the agency by completing the Family Childcare Training.
