Oh look, 5 otters (see the 2 water swirls and 3 heads)on the channel snorting and blowing and making a great racket just as the sun was rising.

Further down the channel I had another chance to take a picture as the otters eyed the dogs and made a fast retreat up the channel. Nearby in the forest a mature Bald Eagle is frightened off it's perch by all our racket.

Ice forming and ice fog makes a winning combination. You just can't beat living in Pinawa when we have such beautiful surroundings!
