The
typical feeling
following
a weekend
and educational
session is
one of excitement
and exhaustion.
Excitement
at the information
that you have
learned and
complete exhaustion
from sitting
in lectures
for 3 or 4
days, and
then having
to return
to work on
Monday.
It is time
to be excited
and refreshed.
Bring
your significant
other and
they can learn
some healthy
lifestyle
tips through
presentations
that include
them.
This once
in a lifetime
educational
experience
will turn
into a yearly
excursion.
See
you on the
ship.
